Racial Profiling Lives On
I feel like to get a full understanding of this article, you would need some sort of background knowledge. I believe if I had read a summary of the fourth amendment prior to reading this article I would have easier understood what was being discussed. Nevertheless, I understand the main point of the article. Even though this ruling in New York seems like a big win for people against police brutality and unfair racial profiling, it won't really have any affect on actually policing. We as a country will have to come together and ask the Supreme Court to rule on these situations.
